Solina wheat is an indigenous cultivar of ancient soft wheat from Abruzzo which is one of the traditional agri-food products.
In the past there was a close connection between this variety of wheat and people’s daily lives.
Its importance is demonstrated by some sayings of popular culture such as: “solina fixes all flours” or “if the farmer wants to go to the mill, he must sow solina”

From this grain we obtain a flour with a low glycemic and gluten content which is highly digestible and very suitable for preparing homemade bread, pasta and desserts.

– type “0” flour (cylinder ground)
