Our cuisine is mainly based on seasonal products and varies according to the availability of Mother Nature through the choice of fresh products at km 0 with particular attention to cultivation and breeding techniques.

For the wine list we have chosen small producers, all from Marche, using organic or biodynamic farming techniques.
